The App is funded by various healthcare companies who may have their drug on the platform and provided by Healthcare.Anywhere. (“HCA”) of York House Main Street, Ullesthorpe, Lutterworth, England, LE17 5BT.
Content in the App and the Website are the property of HCA. By using the App or the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this App or the Website.
HCA reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App or the Website after the Terms of Use are updated, will mean you agree to be bound by any such revisions.
The information provided in the App and the Website is for general information and educational purposes only. The App may contain information about medical conditions and their treatment. Accounts, Access, Security
If you choose to use the App, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information held in the App and for all activity that occurs in the App.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
Timeliness of Information
HCA uses reasonable efforts to update its Apps, but some information may become out of date over time. HCA is unable to and makes no warranties or representations as to the reliability, accuracy, suitability, completeness or timeliness of the information contained on the App. The information on the App is provided as is.

All of the advice and guidance given by the App is reviewed by relevant professionals prior to release. It is then reviewed and updated at least once a year.

You may freely browse the App or the Website, but you may only access or download material on the App or the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. All copyright and other proprietary notices contained in downloaded materials must be preserved and retained. Without the express written permission of HCA, no other use of material on the App or Website is permitted.
Access to the App is permitted on a temporary basis and HCA reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service provided on the App without notice. HCA will not be liable if for any reason the App is unavailable at any time or for any period. HCA reserves the right, if you violate the Terms of Use, to suspend or terminate any account you have created on the App.
Use of the App does not include the provision of a mobile device or other necessary equipment to access it. To use the App you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication links. We shall not have any responsibility or liability for any telephone or other costs you may incur.
Access to the App or the Website may be suspended or withdrawn temporarily or permanently at any time and without notice. We may also impose restrictions on the length and manner of usage of any part of the App for any reason.
We do not warrant that the App or the Website will be compatible with all hardware and software which you may use. HCA operate the underlying software required for your use of the App and the Website from within the UK and it is possible that some downloads from the App or the Website could be subject to government export controls or other restrictions. If you download anything from or use the App or the Website, you represent that you are not subject to such controls or restrictions. We make no representation that anything is appropriate, permissible or available for use outside the UK and using the App or the Website from territories in which such use or the information available from such use is illegal, restricted or not permitted, is expressly prohibited. If you choose to access or use the App or the Website from or in locations outside of the UK, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for:
a. ensuring that what you are doing in that country is legal; and
b. the consequences and compliance by you with all applicable laws, regulations, byelaws, codes of practice, licences, registrations, permits and authorisations (including any laws that relate to businesses providing services); and
c. all access to the App through your mobile device and for bringing these Terms of Use to the attention of all such persons.

You should assume that all trademarks appearing on the App or the Website, whether or not they appear in large print or with the trademark symbol, are trademarks of HCA, its affiliates, related companies, or its licensors or joint venture partners, unless otherwise indicated. You should assume that everything you see or read on the App or Website is protected by copyright, or HCA has been granted permission to use it, unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in the Terms of Use or in the text on the App or the Website without the written permission of HCA. No license to or right in any proprietary right of the HCA group of companies (including patents, trademarks and copyright) or any third party is granted to or conferred upon you by use of the App or the Website. The use or misuse of these trademarks, copyrights, or other materials, except as otherwise permitted herein, is expressly prohibited and may be in violation of copyright law, trademark law, or other laws, statutes or regulations.
HCA claims no ownership in, nor any affiliation with, any third-party trademarks appearing on the App or the Website. Such third-party trademarks are used only to identify the products and services of their respective owners, and no sponsorship or endorsement on the part of HCA should be inferred from the use of these marks.
You shall not in any way use the App or the Website or submit to us or to any user of the App or the Website anything which in any respect:
a. is in breach of any law, statute, regulation or byelaw of any applicable jurisdiction;
b. is fraudulent, criminal or unlawful;
c. is inaccurate or out-of-date;
d. impersonates any other person or body or misrepresents a relationship with any person or body;
e. may infringe or breach the copyright or any intellectual property rights (including without limitation copyright, trademark rights and broadcasting rights) or privacy or other rights of us or any third party;
f. may be contrary to our interests;

h. involves your use, delivery or transmission of any viruses, unsolicited emails, trojan horses or computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell the App or the Website or any part of the App of the Website except as may be permitted by these Terms of Use.
You agree not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
a. any part of the App or Website;
b. any equipment or network on which the App or the Website is stored;
c. any software used in the provision of the App or the Website.
No Endorsement
Links to third-party sites may be provided for the interest or convenience of users of the App or the Website. HCA assumes no responsibility for the content of non- HCA Sites to which it provides links, and accepts no liability for any information or opinion contained in any third-party Site or breach or omission in the privacy policies of third parties.
Liability
Except where prohibited by law and except for any warranties expressly provided in these Terms of Use, any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or liability which would otherwise be implied in these Terms of Use or imposed by law is excluded.
Your use of the App or Website is at your own risk and in no event shall HCA be liable for any damages (including without limitation, direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive loss or damages, or damages resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of your access to, use of or inability to access or use, the App or the Website or any errors or omissions in its content. This includes damages to your mobile phone, tablet or other property, including that caused by viruses or any other technologically harmful material that may infect your mobile phone, tablet or other property on account of your use of the App or the Website, including the download of any files or other content from the App or the Website.
Not an Invitation to Deal
Nothing on the App or Website constitutes an invitation or offer to invest or deal in the securities of HCA. In particular, actual results and developments may be materially different from any forecast, opinion or expectation expressed on the App or Website, and the past performance of the price of securities must not be relied on as a guide to their future performance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. You expressly understand and agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The headings used in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and are not used in determining the meaning or interpretation of these Terms of Use.
